Qantas Wine latest offering

Sucked in by the 5 000 bonus points offer, went for the mixed dozen. The Mrs Wigley Rosé is included, but I like it so much I added in another six. Good summertime wine for a Sunday arvo outside.

Just placed an order for some wine through epiQure and notice that it's only listing my points earn on a 1:1 basis.

Is this normal and the points will come through at the usual 3:1 basis or something that will need following up?

It seems the Christmas Celebrations Mixed pack is back and available for $198 now instead of the $258 I paid at Christmas. The picture shows you still get the 5,000 bonus points and Pudding as well. https://www.qantasepiqure.com.au/Wine/Mixed-Cases/c/ecat102?p_type=grid

Are you an "Epiqure Member"? The terms and conditions say
* Qantas Frequent Flyer members who are not Qantas epiQure members will earn 1 Qantas Point per dollar value and Qantas epiQure members will earn 3 Qantas Points per dollar value of Eligible Products and Services purchased or redeemed ....

However, whilst the small photo may show the red star with the 5K points, trying to click on the Xmas Celebrations mixed Dozen gives an outcome of:

Apologies, but the page you requested could not be found

Also, when adding to cart and going to check-out, there is no 5K bonus points shown (normally they are). Looks like they have finally picked up on it.

Makes sense, as the 5K bonus offer ceased 29 December. When gong back to the original email and clicking on the link it comes up with:

Looks like I will have to sort it out as I purchased believing I would get the 5,000 points, there was problems with the checkout as well however the order went through after a few goes.

You can still add it to your cart but selecting the picture gives the Apologies, but the page you requested could not be found error so there must be some site issues.

To me it makes sense that they are not offering the 5K bonus, but have failed to alter the small picture which still shows the red dots - but it correctly (when one gets to the checkout) shows the standard 3x (standard) points but no bonus points.

They just have some cartons left and need to clear them, so reducing the price post Xmas makes sense (to make way for next Xmas stock :D). Plus those NPXP's (Neil Perry Xmas Puddings) won't have a long shelf life.

Are you an "Epiqure Member"?

I am, although I got my membership comped for a year because I'd made a purchase in the previous year. This is my first order since then so I suspect that's what's caused the issue.

I called Epiqure yesterday and the helpful girl on the phone couldn't see a reason my points shouldn't be accruing properly and had to escalate it. Hoping for a callback today.

Is anyone able to point me to a current epiqure discount code in circulation? Please post or PM me if you know of something. Many thanks.

Hi all. There are some tempting 2012 vintage re-releases on the Epiqure website. After playing around with some different code combinations, I managed to stumble on a 10% off code. PM me if you'd like it (obviously, use of it will void any bonus points).

2008 Voyager Estate Cab Merlot 6 packs at $42/bottle seems like a bargain for a quality wine. Order placed :)
