My delivery instructions were to leave in a secure spot near the front door. The case was left in the weather next to the driveway! Presumably the courier could not be bothered walking up some steps.
After it happened a second time the driver was reprimanded and I got an apology letter. Driver admitted he was running late with deliveries and didn't read the instructions...Sounds like the one that interprets "secure location in carport" to read "on front step in full view"
