Double points on the EDGE for some reason.
Good tip, never knew it's double points on the Edge. Thanks.
So that's ~300 MR points, ~450 QF points for premium members then the 5k points.

Okay, today's email made me bite - stocks are low both in my office and at home:
I bought the Larry Cherubino and James Halliday Gold Medal cases

Just noticed with the current offer of cases of Allan Scott that free delivery of all orders is no longer the default and only option.
Now pay for delivery (or pick up): https://www.qantasepiqure.com.au/delivery
Non capital city locations are being charged $12 or $19 (don't know which mine falls in), all other mainland capitals have $7 delivery fee. Click and Collect now available for $5 fee. Fees waived for premium members or spend more than $300.
It's been that way for a while - I think since last year, or whenever they created the premium member category.
Who knows what they are doing.
Noticed today that free shipping for all orders is gone unless you're premium. Everyone else needs to order $300+. I guess that brings them into line with most other online shops.
Really? Didn't see a notification or anything relating to that at all from Epiqure so can't be sure when it was introduced but certainly didn't notice it till now.
Epiqure currently have 6000 bonus points on the 2014 Woodlands Cab Merlot (64% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Merlot, 6% Malbec, 2% Petit Verdot)
I generally like Cab Merlot Bordeaux blends, any comments on this wine from members who have tried this?
Any opinions on how it stacks up against a Frank Potts, Twins Cab blend or Cullen Cab Merlot?
Obviously it is in a different price bracket than the Diana or Heytesbury
We had a bottle when we were in MR (not at the Cellar Door just a random bottle shop purchase) and thought it was very enjoyable. Prefer it to the 2013 Twins Cab Blend I have. Not as good as the Cullen Cab Merlot IMO, though it's significantly cheaper. Thanks qaz, disregarding where it is purchased from, or if it cost $10 or $40, the Vivino comments indicate it is going to be something I will enjoy as an everyday easy drinking wine.
Still keen to hear from any members who have tried it

Well, I'm awash with Shiraz, so I went with the Cabernet. That's one thing with Epiqure. One may quibble over relative value compared to the local grog shop or some online source, but they don't sell bad wine. Here's the Taylor's Heritage Release again, IIRC it's the same price and offer as last year's release.

Question is, shiraz or cab sauv?
