My 2022 Staff Mixed case has just arrived.

Does 12 Bottles of Invivo SJP Sahra Jessica Parker Sud de France Rose 2019
count as a mixed case????????

The Invivo SJP label believe it or not make great wines; however 2019 is probably past its best. They claimed no returns, but I’d be asking for one. That particular wine has had the 2021 vintage out since last year.

Ok. Some lovely places in ”Chiantishire”. Can offer recommendations for food and drink if required. Spent some time in Firenze doing courses in italian language. Fammi sapere!

After a 1 hour 10 minutes on hold this afternoon,( the same number if I had been wanting to buy some wine) QF wines have agreed for me to return the wine, and obtain a $99 refund.
Someone will 'reach out to me' in the next three days with the details.
I have requested all 'reaching out' to be done by e-mail.

There’s some good offers at the mo. Including some quaffer mixed doz. But I’m about to head OS and not game to risk a delayed wine delivery…

A few tens of thousand QFF points with bonus wine would have got me within site of PCP for the first time.

Not the greatest offer compared to higher $ per bottle offers though pretty good:

and wait for it - 6 bottles of sparkling water FFS

I'll ring them tomorrow when my blood pressure has decreased slightly

Does anyone have a screen shot of what they said it would be. I normally do but forgot this time.

OMG that's absolutely terrible, a QF enhancement...sparkling water in place of wine. on another level.

You missed this one -

The Wine Buyers created a mixed case of 12 from a selection of wines that have either dusty or damaged labels.

They can't get out of that clause. By definition the sparkling water can't be classified as wine. They should be embarrassed enough to simply send out another case of better cough.

They deserve a good hammering over it - give it to 'em, folks. Make sure whoever you contact knows it's all over social media.
