just received my email to say my claims have been validated. Took 8 days. Very happy

Opened a bottle of the Leeuvin Estate Siblings 2011 Shiraz tonight that is currently on special - a nice (very) light shiraz that IMHO is for drinking now and not for the cellar - thinking of getting another case. Off to Dan's tomorrow for some BIN 128 for the fridge offer.

I got the same yesterday but from First Choice. Bin 128 was $28 a bottle when buying 6. Bin 28 was the same.

EDIT Although searching Dan's website now the Bin 28 is $24.70

easy to to get a price match with first choice.:)

Just picked up 6 x Penfolds Bin 311 and a dozen Leewin Estate Siblings Sauvignon Blanc Semillion for $406 which nets me a total of 11224 points (not counting credit card points) being 2K bonus points on the Leewin and 8K bonus points as this is my second purchase tipping me over 48 bottles. Not too shabby.

What is the difference between the Bin 28 and 128? Seems strange the are same variety and same price

Bin 28 is Barossa (actually might also include some Mclaren Vale, but unsure) fruit and 128 Coonawarra fruit.

Bin 28 is Barossa (actually might also include some Mclaren Vale, but unsure) fruit and 128 Coonawarra fruit.

Bin 28 is sourced from a variety of SA regions, with the Barossa well represented according to Penfolds.

Today, Bin 28 is a multi-region, multivineyard blend, with the Barossa Valley always well represented, providing a substantial proportion of the fruit for this vintage

The club reserve Tawny counts, see number 2; Help

Thanks for that link Dan.

Spent a short time at our newly opened Dan's (cannot help but look in awe at the full set of Grange in the fridge) earlier today and stocked up on the following:

6 x Club Tawny NV @ $9.49 each
6 x Club Reserve Classic Tawny @ $13.29 each
6 x Bin 2 Shiraz Mourverde @ $27.90 each

Not too familiar with Bin 2 but SWMBO and I are big GSM fans so looking forward to see how this goes down later in the year when we are out of our 'dry period'. Also very good value in that they come in very nice individual gift boxes so could also be upcoming gifts.

Checked EpiQure before purchasing but there were no bonus offers so didn't seem worth selecting any from there.

I shall spend time this evening lodging our fridge applications.

They had two of those......hospitality group brought one for a whole heap of coin.

They are looking to get others in the supply chain before the last one walks out the door. Good problem to have!

First time I tasted Bin 2 was in the Q J lounge SYD Int. A very nice drop so purchased a few for the fridge offer.

geordieladinoz, did you put a different address for the third fridge?

From the Ts&Cs:
