Yes regularly - there are also 15k (and even 20k occasionally IIRC)

Try using the online chat. I played dumb and pretended I hadn’t used a voucher code previously. The agent called me (Australian agent.....) and processed it manually. Took all of about a minute.

Sorry if this is a silly question, but I am new to this game. I have seen older posts (up to about June?) where people refer to "checking out as a guest". I do not see that function, and I see in the T&C's that you have to be a QFF member to purchase wine. Am I missing something? Or has something been simplified and made fairer?
