Just had a look at seatguru, *ex*/soon to be ex Spirit a319 seems to have a 2x2 for rows 1 and 2, and then 3 x 3 for row 3.

The E190’s are far better than the 737’s IMO and I would prefer them anyday

They have business class?…. What’s wrong with that? The QFLink E190s are great!
I do find the ex Copa E190s a bit tattered and worn out. The ex AA aircraft are much nicer with their recently refurbished cabins. But I agree, the E190 is a great aircraft. I don’t understand the hate they’re getting, but I guess some think that anything QF outsources is automatically bad. The E190s are a good addition.

Back to the A319 for a moment. If they don’t change the interiors, these seats will sure be great fun in economy. Your complimentary sausage roll and pie might fit on to the tray table…just.

I did a flight once LAS-LAX on one of those old A319s, was a box ticking exercise only and never again. Big upfront seat is good but if it’s the old seat with no updates they are as shabby as anything.

I wonder if they will arrive in with the spirit paint job?

The first QantasLink (ex-NK) A319 is now out of the Paint Shop

I wonder if QFLink/Network are going to keep the NK layout (or what's really a copy of the VA 2.0 layout sans the dividers, smaller tray tables and the J Recliners (minus the 'BIG FRONT SEAT' branding)).

The first QantasLink A319 is currently en-route to Australia on delivery to Network Aviation.

A319 flights are also being loaded into the system. RPT destinations include Port Hedland, Kalgoorlie, Karratha, Geraldton and Newman.

Seat maps are showing an all economy configuration with 25 rows, making for a total seat capacity of 150.

So would suggest it's all new seats then and an increased pitch Vs it's Spirit layout (thankfully)

Spirit had 2 rows of 2x 2 biz, then a split 3/ 2. Then 23 rows of Y (total 26)

When are the F100s proposed to be phased out?
Would there be technical requirements for some airfields that prevent them from being phased out?

I'm not familiar with the FIFO airports some of them operate to but if there are limitations they may be around for a while. (Like AC has some b737-200combi kicking around for 1 specific airfield).
