Made it to SYD -check-in an security quick -look up at the board as I enter the lounge- and alert the staff that the flight is now scheduled for 2000 ...hope my late lunch does not turn into a dinner ....

Lack of spare operational a380s right now. Any hiccup and the 380s get delayed.

Are we really going to have a new thread for every minor QF delay? No disrespect to the OP as I’m sure this is a hassle for them, but it’s kinda normal for an airline to have delays … isn’t it? Or is this news?

Not great. Would almost be prudent to book next day connections when booking QF11 or any QF A380 flight it seems just to be safe

I see that the delays gotten worse, is it weather related or is it aircraft related at this point. Flying QF11 on Tuesday
