Today I received an email congratulating me Lifetime Silver Status. Interesting considering I achieved it more than 3 years ago (!!!) and am now working my way towards Lifetime Gold. Another example of Qantas efficiency.............?

Got the belated LTG email also, two weeks after requal WP, and something like two years after qualifying LTG.

This has generated additional domestic angst, Mrs Pineapple has LTS from yonks ago, just been relegated to PS, is not happy Jan, and has received NO email-in-error. She is now even less happy, Jan :shock:. Look what you've done, work experience people!

I received one of these LTG emails today too. However, I also received my snail mail letter today so probably all is in order for me!

No email for those qualifying further than a year or maybe three/four ago.

Agree with the testing comment.

It could mean QFF plan to do away with the snail mail letters.

Received Celebrate Lifetime Silver email this morning, 2 weeks prior to dropping below Gold for the first time in 9 years.

Talk about a middle finger. Surely a comp at only 195 SCs is in order

Mr FM just received an email saying a "small" number of incorrect emails were sent out today. PLease ignore and emails from the 18th May will be correct. .

Got it too... just ignore everything they sent today, the work experience kid went nuts with their eDM tool... (amateur hour)

Mr FM was over 4 years 21 Feb 2013 for LTS and he got the email - in true Qantas fashion it was inconsistent

I didn't get one for LTG 2015 or LTS 2012
