Actually Moet Chandon Brut Imperial is back in the F lounge in BNE (replacing the Aussie stuff) and although not Dom or Krug is an enjoyable drop.

Hi all,
Thanks for the feedback regarding the use of the F lounge when flying Star Class on jetstar. I look forward to posting my Jetstar exp. as I leave on Sunday to BKK. My company wants me to trial it as a possible prem economy class for our workers. It will be interesting to see the outcome as I normally fly business with QF and/or BA. I am anticipating a likeness to qantas domestic business which i use all the time so should be ok. Never expect much in food other than flying FC as long as the drinks keep coming when I request them. Talk soon. Maybe Qantas will pull their finger out and one day offer prem econ, i hear ther a380 might have it, any whispers?

There was mention of a fourth cabin in the investor presentation that Qantas held recently. Thread here

I have done this flight twice from MEL; on it's 5th departure in November and in Feb this year.

More here: Jetstar StarClass Impressions (For November).

Note that with the February trip, the service had been pared down a little from the inaugural flights, not so much you would notice unless being able to refer to notes.

(That reminds me, I have some more to add ... )

We have a reasonable work propsect just outside Kuala Lumpur later this year. As we only have approval to fly whY, I will try StarClass to KUL (assuming they get approval to fly this route). This would be my preferred option, rather than QF whY to SIN and then the short hop to KUL.
