A slight break, as the last DXB QF9 arrived an hour and a half ago, and the first PER QF10 leaves in 23 hours.

Plenty of time to catch up with the locals for dinner.

Which, it appears on FlightAware, that you arrived an hour after the next QF9 had departed.....

boarding commenced earlier than normal

Yeah, my boarding pass said boarding 1600 but others had 1530 printed. I believe they wanted to arrive PER as early as possible for all the media and transit lounge activities.

A special announcement was made in the Flounge before boarding, explaining the history making event, along with the aircraft, and acknowledging the traditional land owners.

I’m 6’5 and was content and comfortable in row 47. The legroom is fantastic and the recline allows for an easy sleep for me. I’ll happily book this flight again!
