is anyone else having issues with making an award booking on the QFF site?

They seemed to have issues till after 10am yesterday, and the site was down this morning.

I can log in now and see my account balance but can't make an award booking - get a 404 error.

Is anyone else having a similar issue?

Same here for me, I had issues yesterday from work trying tp doing dummy runs on One World Explorer Award flights, but system kept crashing and today its the same issue as you can see points balance but cannot access Award page

Why oh why does the universe have it in for me. I wanna sort out a booking for April next year

I suppose the only consolation is no one else can "steal" my J flight

I'm having a different problem with the site in that I log in with my FF details and then it seems to log me out when I click to a different page.

When the Apple store is down some new products, goodies... enhancements if you will, are being uploaded.
Is QF 'enhancing' Awards for us I wonder? :)

I had a different problem.Could get into my account but as soon as I clicked on my bookings to get seat collection it would come up with the page about having too many log in attempts and you are frozen out for 5 minutes.OK today.

Maybe this is part of the process of dividing QF into the 4 groups

Gotta feel sorry for the poor sods who'll be trying to get things working with a Severity 1 fault hanging over their heads.

Still seems sluggish, and not retaining login details - but I guess still safe to use it to book?

My booking is showing in the my bookings section when i log in.

the points also got deducted from my account.

still not got an email for the booking though

Thanks. I have made 2 bookings and seemed OK (are there when I log on) - but I have not received confirmation email, and the site still has regular errors and fails to retain my details.
