QF Your Booking Page Question

Hi

About a month ago I made a classic award booking for SYD-HKG return.

In the QF Your bookings page in the Flight Segments field it just list the words "Booking"

In the past it would list the first segment eg SYD- HKG or does this change as the date of flight approaches?

Sometimes when making a booking with a voucher, there are certain "remarks" which aren't removed automatically, so the booking shows up as you have noted. Perhaps in your case something similar is happening. I'd call them up and ask, and perhaps use the keyword remarks as it might point them in a particular direction.

I've had a booking in my list for about 11 months that says "Booking" most of the time but occasionally says "PER-MEL" as it should. No idea why.

The classic award booking I made was part of a recent promotion by QF that had a 20% off the required discounted points to Asia and based on Samh004 note re remarks it may be the reason

Chris was there a voucher or any discounts in your PER-MEL booking and have you taken the flight / check in without any issues?

Nope, cash booking. I haven't flown yet. We have ticket numbers so hopefully all is good

I think this is a glitch. Whereas my bookings used to say, for instance, SYD-BNE, now it's the rather unhelpful 'Booking.' It doesn't seem to matter whether it's a points redemption or cash fare.

Even more strangely, a 'booking' that I've already flown (and gotten the all-important points/SCs for) is still listed, rather than dropping away naturally.

I have exactly the same issue.
