Interestingly, Qantas is not selling Premium Economy on these flights. Presumably this means you could book Economy and choose a PE seat, although I just tried making a dummy booking on the Qantas website and seat selection wasn't available at all.

That’s exactly how I found out. Managed to select to PE seats for the 27th.

787s also scheduled on the 119/126 BNE/AKL/BNE rotation.
Qantas has filed Premium Economy fares on this route.
