QFF points delays?

This is weird, last night I put in a missing points claim for PMQ-SYD flight 19OCT12, Account Activity page returned today with "unsuccessful - pls check flt details". I'm pretty sure I didn't dream this, given it was a positioning flight for the weekend JASA ... which had ITS points/SCs credited btw

Just had the same response to a missing points claim for Friday !
I can't ring the call centre because it is mrpippys account that has gone silly so they won't speek to me about it. Anyone else want to give them a call and report back, although I am sure it will get sorted. Must be a glitch.

Mr AirKat and I are having the same problem with Friday Mel-Akl flights. Wish I had read this before I submitted a missing points request!

Tried calling during my very short lunch break but had to hang up as was still sitting in the queue.

Red Roo, can you confirm if there are any problems with the site and points posting? Will save us all calling up!

The points summary seems to have been fixed now, though no sign of my points from friday..

Hopefully it's fixed now!

I'm the same as many of you have posted; SYD-PER from Friday have not yet been posted, but icons telling me points earned in the last month was recently resolved.

Still no points from Friday, I'll give it til tomorrow afternoon before logging a missing points claim.

Still waiting also from Friday SYD-MEL. Also changed that morning, ET didn't come through until midnight, some 18 hours after the flight was actually flown. Freaky Friday perhaps?

I have the same thing for two flights on Friday POM-CNS-SYD, put in points claim yesterday and got the same message appearing today. I know I was on the flights I have the boarding passes in front of me.

Spoke with QFF earlier today, and yes they confirmed there have been system issues and points from 19th, 20th are still having problems, they're working on it.

I'm waiting on points for 21/10 (20/10 awarded 24 hrs after flight) - QF advised that a bug in the system similar to earlier this year has been found - could take until Fri to fix.

What was the bug that happened earlier this year?

When I called today I was told it would be fixed by Friday or at the latest early next week, but looking at my account tonight the flights have posted sometime this afternoon.

On Tue 23 Oct I had still not received points for a Fri 19 Oct flight to DRW so I filled in the online missing points claim & the points were posted 24 hours later yesterday so all is well.

I had three flights last weekend, two of which didn't auto credit. The points claim was awarded within 24hrs.

Interestingly, the flight that did credit was part if a same day connect with another flight that didn't, so looks like its random which flights do and which dont!

Coming up to 36 hours since a domestic flight and it has not posted! Some other flights about 24 hours ago not posted either!
