Two internal US flights on AA on the 1st Nov not posted yet. Keep getting an error message when i try to enter details into online claim form.

I had nine flights on AA over the weekend.I thought with AA flights you had to ring up and claim and that they could take up to 14 day to post.

All posted correctly Monday evening.
I am rather surprised by this as while the flights often post in such a time frame, they are not always accurate - 9/9 is rare.
Yes, that is indeed the case - NO AA option online for retro claims (could have used it a few times myself).Sorry forgot to mention that it was for retro claims. I thought there wasn't an AA option on the drop down list for retro claims so you had to ring up and do it manually.......
