Hi,

I've got a flight next year on LATAM.

Its a couple of weeks before my end of year FF date.

I'm wondering if I dont put in my FF number then after claim it as missing after my year is up if I can get the status points to count towards the next year or do you think QF will back date it?

Cheers

Just a quick question, why don’t you put your ff number into the booking? As that will be backdated

Regardless of when it is put into your FF account it will be credited to the date of your flight.

It is extremely unlikely to happen.

Credit is applied to the Qantas "year" based on the scheduled departure date of the flight being credited. This is either automatically (as in if your FF number is in the booking at the time of travel) or with the manual crediting of a claim after the flight.

It is irrelevant when the SC's post they apply to the flight taken and on the date taken(as in, within that membership year).
