Revisiting this ...

I see the Crown Plaza again has award 2 x Queen/Double rooms available as I post:

25,000 points per night
20,000 points + ‎ $ 40.00 USD per night
15,000 points + ‎ $ 70.00 USD per night

Otherwise, cheapest current rate is NSD360 (AAA)

I have a double Queen booking that I can't use¹ at NZD219 - it is cancellable up to the day prior if any wish to take it off my hands.

¹ I am flying MEL-AKL on the 7th (NZ124) but now I am heading on to LAX.

The private dining room has been booked, however...

The maximum capacity is 18!

If we exceed 12 then we can no longer have a la carte dining, and need to set up a group menu.

So here's the deal - sign up if you haven't already because there are [-]seven[/-] five spots left! Please don't claim a WP/P1 place until you have booked the flights.

Closer to the date we can sort out the menu options - promise.

By all means throw them up if you have them. A bit closer to the date I may start a spreadsheet/list to coordinate transport to/from AKL airport and hotels.
