re: AKL Dinner 7 March 2015 [1 Space Available]

Hi can a mod edit the first page to include a link to google doc.

Flight will be QF8762.

And I wait on straitman to remind me on the EK flight specials for March so I can finish off the flights, I got as far as Melbourne and have accommodation in Melbourne and Auckland booked.
What day are you flying?

Cringe :!:

Don't give them ideas :?:
If you're already WP, it might not be such a bad idea?

In the spirit of separate first and business class lounges, I wonder if it's worth the effort of having a group of gold members dinner at the same establishment in the "general" dining section. We wouldn't have to worry about this until 2015 comes around, and we can all meet for drinks afterwards.

For those still around for Sunday lunch we could have the Melbourne monthly Yum Cha in Auckland. Looking at the list it would only work for a few people though.

Thoughts :?:

I would be up for that. Good to take the show on the road :).

Assuming it does not conflict with the SIN DO (15/1-18/1) over on FT, I'll try to be in MEL for the January edition of Yum Cha as well whenever that comes around.

There are a couple of Melbournites heading to the SIN DO, so hopefully there won't be a clash.

Remaining OT.

I'll be out of Oz and in countries various so will definitely miss December and January Yum Cha.

You can take me off the waiting list, I am definitely Bronze. I will be in MEL 4-8 Mar as Mrs Major is attending a conference at the Exhibition Centre and I have to carry the bags.

I'm P1! I've got something to wear. No flight details for me, I'm a local so will be catching a train.

Just realised that the 8th March is the one year anniversary of MH370.. Good luck to those of us on oceanic flights that day!

Will it be a set menu?
