What's a "Penegal" and is it contagious?

He once told me that he is from Stargate and a member of the Asguard High Council.

I don't think I have ever had a celebration on the actual day in recent memory.

Last time my birthday was on a Saturday, a friend "stole" the day, so my "party" was two weeks later.

I think you should just declare it is your Birth Month, and celebrations can be had on any or all days
