it might sound funny but this is one source for Meals on Wheels providers where they are not able to meet demand for services. There are a number of bulk catering companies that providers can use to supply meals for the elderly (know this from my current work) in the aged care sector.

I'm really appreciating the resilience of many businesses at this time. It makes for good news amongst stories of such sadness. I looked at being a driver for Meals on Wheels a few weeks ago but saw because of Covid they couldn't accept anyone.

I was a bit bored today so went and "booked the cook", when the email came through I put myself to work and knocked up this SQ inspired meal, MrsM was a bit surprised.

The lobster thermidor.


Followed by a citrus curd tart with raspberry dark chocolate, ice cream and cream.

Resurrecting this from January, the lobster looks totally SQ J on point, recipe available anywhere? TIA.
