I didn't know NDAs were still a thing these days... almost nobody uses them anymore.
Clearly you are in a different kind of business to me. We use them as much as ever.

As for whether airlines use them with passenger compensation I have no idea.

I just want to say that Red Roo continues to be a GREAT help - and a fantastic asset to us here.

Regardless of how QF is now handling Red Roo - it's great that we have them!!!

I had forgotten all about this thread, until I saw today's post and thought that Red Roo had gone (?), yet again. :p

Well the "old" Red Roo was in Miami on Monday (I was hoping they were in SYD so I could catch up as I was there Mon & Tues)...

Great to see dfcatch's post (and read his FB post).

No access to facebook - but I gather something positive?

Yes, dfcatch was very impressed with the current Red Roo, for being very proactive with an issue and getting it sorted...

Nice to see that a former iteration of Red Roo (quite a number of years ago) that some here will know, has a joey in her pouch (gone on Maternity Leave).

If red roo can see this , have to say how impressive the latest Tasmania on sale page is , really caught my eye.
