Red Roo gone?

I didn't know NDAs were still a thing these days... almost nobody uses them anymore.
Clearly you are in a different kind of business to me. We use them as much as ever.

As for whether airlines use them with passenger compensation I have no idea.
 
I just want to say that Red Roo continues to be a GREAT help - and a fantastic asset to us here.

Regardless of how QF is now handling Red Roo - it's great that we have them!!!
 
I had forgotten all about this thread, until I saw today's post and thought that Red Roo had gone (?), yet again. :p
 
Well the "old" Red Roo was in Miami on Monday (I was hoping they were in SYD so I could catch up as I was there Mon & Tues)...

Great to see dfcatch's post (and read his FB post).

Yes, dfcatch was very impressed with the current Red Roo, for being very proactive with an issue and getting it sorted...
 
Nice to see that a former iteration of Red Roo (quite a number of years ago) that some here will know, has a joey in her pouch (gone on Maternity Leave).
