Reduction in Transfer Rates to Velocity/Krisflyer

Hi Kooky, I just logged in and no change - it is still 2:1 transfer rate.

It adjusts rates once logged in. Some of the lower cards and affiliate cards are lower.
Mine (prestige is 1 KF/$. Signature is 0.74 KF/$). I don't think you'll find a better rate since the change in interchange fees.

Oh so it's a different rate depending on your card then is it? My apologies.
I went to https://www.citibank.com.au/aus/static/cards_rewards.htm
Clicked Search Rewards (takes you to CitiRewards.com)
Clicked Travel > Points Transfer
Shows KF 2.5:1

Do you think if you log in as an existing card it shows you a better rate?
And maybe that is for new customers?
I am not a customer, I was just researching Citi Signature for KF, but that seems like a lousy deal at 0.6 per $.

Cool. Maybe it's new customers then, since, there's no sign of a 2:1 rate anywhere.
Something to contemplate when reaching for the titanium scissors.

I have a signature card, and my transfer rates are showing as

Emirates 2.5/1
SQ 2/1
VA 2/1

Hi All.

I'm thinking about using the Citibank Signature Visa for KF points. I've got a 300k stash of Velocity points but finding the lack of availability a deal breaker.

My question is, how much monthly spend on visa makes it 'worth it' for the annual fee. I can pay groceries, petrol, online shopping, travel and MOST dinners and entertainment on AMEX. This often means my visa spend is $500 a month. Is a Citibank Sig worth it as a spending card? Or just for the signup bonus if/when offered?

Thanks

I think its worth while, as I find the 2 entry free Priority pass good value, but then again I have the Fee free for life Signature.
