Like I said. I received no number plate to look for. There was no tel number to call the driver. I received nothing other than a message at the bottom which said how many minutes to wait. But that time kept increasing.

Did you finish the booking process? I think you have to request then confirm. At that point you're told in the app the driver's name, number plate and you can call the driver.
Yes. Otherwise I wouldn't have received an estimated time to pick up. I've looked at the app today for CBD and can see all these black cars on the map. There were none last night.
