Anyone else getting into SYD around 10, wanting to share a cab?

QF 564 from Canberra, arriving at 0955. TheWinchester fixed me up with an Uber account with the first ride on the house, but my antique iPhone won't take the app and my wifi-only iPad is unlikely to play ball.

Meet at T3 arrivals carousel 3. From what I can tell, those arriving ex-BNE are the last to arrive (or is it MEL). We touchdown in SYD 1000h, SYD and BNE ATC delays notwithstanding.

I'm a late, late cancellation. Last night started getting scratchy throat and blocked ears. Woke this morning and I'm snotty and can't equalise pressure at all even with pseudoephedrine.

I'm sorry to hear that. I felt bad a couple of days ago with a dry throat but think it was just dehydration from Adelaide"s horrible heat wave. So I almost know how you feel. I did notice my ears were blocked on the flight more than normal. Hope you feel better soon.

Sydney is going to be 26 while Adelaide is on its 11th day over 30, and 39 today. Glad I'm having a day break from it.

Am back on a direct flight, sched landing at 10.30. Will get train into CBD.

My flight from MEL has been delayed and now expected in at 1020.
