I'm curious but couldn't find exito on Bunnings. Having issues here.

Ironic that éxito translates as 'success'!

No comment on exito or Bunnings but IMHE Dyson are very responsive with their warranty and even replace batteries if out of warranty. Did she make a claim with Dyson?

She lives in Cairns and had difficulties dealing with them and the same fault reappeared again a few months after the unit was eventually repaired. Faulty design.
