Yes...you are correct....but sometimes the story doesn't make sense...and as Judge Judy says.
, if it doesn't make sense, then it isn't true (or at least, not the whole story....people are very good at leaving out the detail)....as I have stated, bottles of wine are available for self service, so the rule that was stated makes absolutely no sense (it was after 12pm, and wine is available for self serving...so why use RSA defence ?....something is fishy in the state of Denmark)

The Ansett Family do not reside in Denmark and yes it was after mid day and NO there was NO wine available for self service. We are not hiding anything we are simply portraying the events of the day,

We are not BOGANS we are responsible people and frankly resent your comments

In the event that we where hell bent on consuming as much alcohol as possible in the time available surely 3 drinks in 105 minutes would have been a fail. We have provided details in a previous post in relation to our consumption, We are not hiding anything as your post suggests.

We complied with the RSA that was put on us we did not argue make a scene or become loud and obnoxious as we were already embarrassed by the manner in which the RSA gad ben done and did not want to attract any further attention to our selves.

Well, I'm with you on all of this. And we shouldn't need to defend ourselves from fellow members on this sort of thing.

Agree absolutely. But if the Bogans are the poor serving staff then you should, dare I say, must complain. What's the point of being in the QF F lounge and accepting such service? You are not there by accident but by earned right, unlike the some staff it seems.

I beg your pardon?
:?:
Apologies if you find offence but in 20 years of Y flying, we never used priority lanes to which we weren't entitled. These days such priority lanes are full of Y's. Whether it's their action or lazy airline staff as a contributing factor, nevertheless priority lanes are often full of people who do not qualify for the paid or earned privilege.

I don't reall care in reality since we are in J or F on the flight ( at our own expense I might add) but still it's not valid.

Haven't you noticed Red Roo never says anything unless it's good news? :)

But lots of help to individuals. I'm hoping there will some sort of resolution for the OP via RR. But I too have noticed the paucity of presence in a number of situations where there isn't good news to be spread. I dare say Qantas Loyalty policy, not RRs wish.

Sigh... stop viewing RR as an AFF member. They are an extension of QFF, nothing more.

The person(s) behind the account may be the nicest human since Jesus but on this forum they are Qantas.

AFF is much more useful with RedRoo participation.

Being complimentary does not mean it's free. It costs much in time and money to be able to access the first lounge as platinum. And first class fares are expensive. A first class fare buys the service, food and drink. It is not free, it has been purchased.
I've fixed up the bad quotation marks in my posts - perhaps people could fix them in theirs - it is getting very confusing e.g. It looks like I said this when I didn't in medhead's reply.Post 499.
