'Scheduled System Outage' all weekend

Might be up and running but I am missing credits and postings for 4 sectors with nothing updated since Friday!
Strange. My status credits and points from a sector on Saturday have already posted, including those from family pooling.
 
The counter on the VA app is wrong for status credits/eligible sectors required to maintain.
 
Correct me if I’m wrong but here’s a new feature post this weekend’s upgrade—there’s now a little “long layover” icon on some of the crazier award options that come up:

But ... has anybody received any FlyBuys points transfers today? Mine are usually done and dusted by now, but still sitting there ....
 
I am unable to link my Velocity FF number to my Flybuys account. Receive an error message.
 
One change I've noticed is that some things on the activity statement like family pooling now list "Frequent Flyer Department".

I've got a similar issue. I had an old flybuys account linked to Velocity in 2017 however I didn't use this account for over 2 years so the flybuys account was cancelled. Problem the now deleted flybuys account is still linked to velocity and clicking remove access says to head to the flybuys website to link.

Similarly on the new flybuys account the linking to Velocity fails, presumably because it can still see the old account linked. I've spoken to flybuys on the phone and they can't help so I might have to call Velocity *sigh*.

Maybe I was just lucky but I resolved my issue fairly easily by contacting the Velocity Members number 13 18 75

Flights up to last Friday (18th) now credited for Status (so flights on 20th still to.fone). Points not all allocated at least on the app. Have not tried the web version yet. So much for the "upgrade"....probably means the App will be worse long term: most updates are worse no matter where!

Would love it if this was the code release to add lifetime status!
 
Just logged on to check flight times on my app and all my bookings have disappeared, they do not appear on the web browser either. Says I have no upcoming bookings. I had them two days ago and chose seats. I will wait a while and see if it rectifies itself. Anyone else with this problem this morning?

I ended up phoning Velocity. They answered quickly and were very helpful. Said it must have had something to do with my flight change - I had no flight change. Anyway they were able to find my bookings on my reference numbers and relink the bookings and tickets. The seats were still the ones I had chosen. Nothing had changed - not even the flight time. It is back on the app now and I am feeling relieved.
 
Don't know how their system is structured, but isn't it better to run a separate test system rather than taking the whole system offline?

Imagine if Coles or Woolies does a systemwide shutdown for an upgrade... Sorry, no groceries for you today.
Off topic...but often actually Coles or Woolies, at least in WA, have half empty shelves as if we are in a third world war! On line exchanges rife, with some weird products offered as an exchange! I'm sure they have also had extended on line shut downs ..maybe ...🤔
