Serious Problems With On-Board Catering

I've hit and miss - when the attendants have been made aware I'm gold, they ask me what I want before the service or approach me as the meal service starts, regardless of where I'm sitting in Y. Once, they even offered me an alternative meal as I hadn't really eaten much from the one they served as I was full from the lounge. These days I tend to turn down the meal as the lounge offerings are pretty spectacular.
