Just logged into my account.
Status match successful so am now Club Premium.
Have till December 2025 to leverage
Now to wait to turn it into Senator status

Same as above... was hoping match to Executive level from QF Plat, but only Club Premium. Still sorted till December 2025

When I first did mine a couple of years back I never received an email confirmation at all. Just checked on the app one day and it was there and then the membership pack arrived at my house a few weeks later

Oh, I hadn’t noticed the “10,000 Qualifying Points” as well.

Note, they’re not for redemptions they’ll just help requalifying faster.

Got mine a couple of years ago. Haven't used it until recently, on a flight from GVA to FCO. Didn't credit automatically, and the to and fro with ITA online was painful. Their response was - call the hotline. No thanks.

But in any case, it will be useless to me in the near future as I'm already a lifetime Star Alliance Gold.
