In my experience the phone is the best way, wait times recently haven't been too bad. Usually the points will credit while you are on the call if you are refreshing the websiteI am still trying to get flights from November 2022 to credit. Three claims through the automated system have been rejected - all saying we weren't on the manifest. However the return segment of the same itinerary credited just fine, and the issue has affected both of us on this particular flight. Makes me wonder if something is wrong with the whole manifest from that day? What's the best escalation method - I'd prefer not to wait on hold all day?
