My partner recently flew NZ across the Tasman. After a week, no points or SCs have posted. I don't remember it taking this long when I last flew NZ. Is this unusual or the norm now?

In my experience, points have generally posted in 2 to 5 days.

My partner's return flights credited after 2 days. Still waiting on the forward flights though and can't retro claim until after 2 weeks!
