So... what car do you guys drive when not flying?

Pppp
Do they not offer that for VW or are you buying straight off the lot?

VW is the budget brand of the VW group.
For the TRoc there are 3 lines. For each line you can choose: the only engine for that line, some colours, and the only interior colour for that line. Options are a sunroof and a "all or nothing" body styling package which has a few things.

Ah, fair enough then.

With Audi (part of the same group) if you're buying brand new you can customise and have it built without. Do they not offer that for VW or are you buying straight off the lot?

No, it was a car in stock, I just don't want it being referred to as rocky, shudder..... :)
It is the R Line, sunroof and so on. The boss did a couple of thou driving her visiting rellos around and likes it.

Who makes the ridiculously named EV Cupra.
Cupra is effectively a brand in its own right these days, but it was originally SEAT's hot hatch. According to Cupra, the "...name can be traced back to our triumphant origins in motorsport – a fusion of 'Cup' and 'Racing'."

So..

Mi eg was built in Slovakia just like the oldeg, both with very high build quality.
Sales said it was made in Wolfsburg.. garbage.. maybe that was where it got the sticker but thats all….

Apparently the translation is Racing or something similar but it is also latin for copper.
If a metal is to be conjured in the marketing, Titanium would be good but copper?

BTW where is the Roc made. Its a european factory, not Deutch but maybe Spain, Czech or similar?

As said above, Portugal, originally the factory was set up as a Ford/VW operation.

The Golf we owned a few years ago was built in South Africa, also the 323i beemer I had briefly was built there as well.

have to laugh......... well I do...... :)
