Something big is coming! (1st May)

I always look at the descriptive words on marketing as being directly relative to the company campaign, not the end user.

I transferred my flybuys and instantly went into my velocity account with the 15% bonus.
The same day (1st of May) I transferred my reward points , they’ve hit the account tonight ..... no bonus

Almost the same for me.
Just transferred a big pile of ANZ Rewards points and Flybuys points over to Velocity.

The base points all went onto my Velocity account (Flybuys instantly, ANZ within 24 hrs) but only the base redemption.
No bonus points for either transfer have appeared.

Particularly with the ANZ Rewards 50% bonus this is concerning!

My Flybuys 15% points and my ANZ Rewards and ANZ Business rewards 20%+30% points were posted at the same time as the transfer points.

Interestingly, just noticed on the Flybuys page the same 15% bonus, but with a different promotional period; 1st June 2019 to 9th June 2019.

Same as jjohnnboy. My Flybuys +15% posted almost immediately. ANZ Rewards +30+20% within 24 hours. I didn't have many to play with, but happy with the result.

Similarly, I just received an email from Amex on a 15% bonus until 9 June...

Mine seem to have posted nicely on time

Sorted. I'm pooling to my wife. My account only shows the base points - "X points pooled to member 123456" - but checking her account, the bonus points were all added correctly, direct to hers.

They sent me an email disappointed that I hadn’t taken advantage of the offer. I sent them the same cut and paste as above, telling them they needed to have better data management

I received the same email, despite having transferred points to Velocity from both ANZ Rewards and Flybuys last month. It is rather amateurish.

Me too and I thought the same things taking I had done 2 transfers.

Such an excellent offer it would seem either a) it didn’t have a big enough impact / it was way under-subscribed and they’ve extended it, or b) it was so ragingly succesful they’ve extended it.

I wonder which?
