I got the 86 points also but didn't download any new apps. I guess it also applies if you already had the VA and Velocity apps? (I have both... not entirely sure why they are separate).

Two different companies = Two apps. Also the reason Velocity is so poorly integrated into the VA website.

Hopefully VA buying Velocity back will eventually fix these glitches.

I have my doubts, there are some issues around Velocity using Virgin branding - have a look at most emails you get, Virgin barely gets mentioned.

Did anyone observe that not all the members got their points. I can say for sure as my partner and kid did not get the share of the great 10 million bonus.
