Loved it! Great photos and commentary. Jammed packed full of stunning locations.

Thanks for posting.

@Meggsy that was a superb trip report. I think you have a new career as travel agent, that was a superb narrative of a wide spread of Southern Europe. I do sometimes question why we keep going back to Europe, but this TR shows the historical, cultural, food, wine, and spectacular scenery that an abounds.

Thanks @dxwell
I enjoy my current career as a firey so no changes there. If nothing else the TR is a good record to look back on down the track to inspire further travels.

Meggsy, loved your TR, we also just had 10 days in Spain taking the long way home from the USA on a 280K award. We were there from 19 to 29 Nov so must have almost overlapped though it appears you were just ahead of us. In our case, spent 3 days in Madrid (maybe my new favourite city) before hiring car and spending 3 days in each of Granada and Seville before staying our last night in Toledo. It was a superb end to an 8 week holiday in our case, other than meeting our new Granddaughter in South America probably the highlight of the trip.

Loved what you wrote and the many photo's, actually brings back great memories of our trip especially as I haven't yet gone through and sorted our photos in any great detail so your TR keeps it all fresh

Look forward to your next trip and report, you certainly have a flair for it

We were about 4 weeks ahead of you. Spain is indeed a very special place. We had such a good time and will definitely get back there some time to explore parts we did not see this trip.
