Premium Economy generally provides a seat inside the cabin. Wing Traveller Plus could be considered the Premium product for those strapped to the wing.

Didnt Aloha Airlines offer a premium smoking section in the front of the aircraft with plenty of fresh air? I know Qantas had such an offering when they first started in an Avro 504K and later the BE2E!
