The transit vouchers are awesome!

Makes for some nice discounted Scotch :D

Recently saw around 30 high school boys (16-17yo) all lined up at Burger king terminal 3 ordering 2 meals each, the total coming to 19.80 and they all had vouchers lol.

I am think the following booked as 2 one-ways would still qualify for Changi dollars? BKK-SIN-PER and BNE-SIN-CNX.

How about BKK-SIN-PER followed by BNE-SIN-KUL? Open jaw but different origin country and destination country.

definitely tightened up from a couple of years back.

interesting to note USA tickets now included.

for those booking SQ redemptions - also interesting to note it appears you won't receive if booked on 2 separate tix

Phew! Just got my $40 for a 3rd trip this year last Sunday on 25/09.

In my experience, yes to open jaw - different origin and destination country, with two e-tickets.

Where does it say that - for redemption tickets specifically?

not specific to redemption tickets, but i was thinking this clause was the gotcha "For passengers who are on transit in Changi Airport for only one leg of their journey, it must be a round trip within a single e-ticket where passenger travels by land or sea from Singapore to the next country or vice versa (to show proof), as well as originates and returns to the same country by air via Changi Airport"

although looking at it now - this one probably covers it "
Passengers whose transit (through Singapore) itinerary was issued over two or more separate e-tickets must present all e-tickets to the counter staff."

What if stay in Singapore few days and then transit to Hongkong?

provided you satisfy all other requirements, you only need to be in transit in Singapore one way of your total trip. you can stop over either on the way to, or from, your destination, but the other way you must be in transit.

if if you meet that retirements you can get the vouchers, and you can get them on either leg (you don't have to wait till the transit to collect the,m)

Thanks MT, will give an try when arrival.

Only one transit of the return itinerary (however a passenger ultimately puts that together) needs to be less than 24 hours. The other transit can be a full blown stopover in Singapore.

I'm fairly sure you can, but just to check you can indeed claim the vouchers on either leg when in Changi in this situation.
E.g.; all on the one ticket is SYD-SIN-MLE (2 hour transit in Singapore) then MLE-SIN-SYD (with 3 day stop over in Singapore)
- can you claim the vouchers before the final flight back to SYD after the stopover in SIN?

Yes Ads you could always collect the vouchers on either leg so unless they have instigated a change it will still be that way. If you qualify you qualify.

Trying to find out if our PER-SIN-DUS & DUS-SIN-PER (2 x one way award flights) will be eligible?
Any guidance would be appreciated. All the recent rule changes are confusing me.. ;'(

Thanks in advance. :)

YES you are eligible for 1 x S$20 Changi Voucher redeemable at almost ALL Changi stores but excludes tobacco. You will require copy of both O/W Bookings and your passport - have fun - spend wisely.
