SQ Tips, Trips and Tales

Are F savers possible anymore? looking at T-360 and it seems like it is Advantage only? unless I am picking routes that don't offer Saver F?

Non match fit SQ traveller question:
SQ J seats feedback appreciated
Is it truly lie flat?
What's the catch

A350/380/777

Flat and horizontal. A350 regional has an in-line footwell and the bed is narrower than the 777 and 380s wch have the foot well offset to L or R. All of them require you (or crew) to unclip the seat back wch folds fwd to make the bed. There are quite a few reviews/comparisons online - suggest you check them to see what your seat/flight will be. Pro tip for long flts: take some PJ's as SQ dont provide them

All of this is correct, with one small modification:
The A350 regional jets have the seat in a "slide into bed mode" version, so there's no need to get up and out of your seat to flip the seatback to make it a bed.
The A350 long haul, A380 and 777 all require a seat back flip to make a bed.

But it does depend on your shape and size. I find the 777 J bed among the most uncomfortable in the sky. The pressure points drive me crazy.

Unfortunately even though I have booked the A380 for our last 3 long haul J it ends up on a 777. Another happening in May. Fingers crossed.

anyone know whats happening in/around Singapore most Saver and Advantage Rewards flights are waitlisted from 10 June to 26 June.
its not AU nor SG school holidays, those start from 21 june and after.\

This quick view of SQ prices from GoogleFlights shows somethings going down in June - one way from BNE > SIN, particulary from 14-17 - bet nobody can guess the day i really need to go?

SG school holidays go from 27 May to 25 June. That aside, in Australia, some private schools have 3 week holiday mid year instead of the standard 2, and also some Australians also take their kids out of school for a week one side of the holidays to travel.
