Status credit balance gone weird

My SCs are wrong on the first page after logging in and on the "Status activity" page but correct on the "My activity statement" page.

Travelpass bonus (DSC) 45 status credits recently posted but running tally earned this year/ points to retain now showing reverse outcome ie 45 LESS earned ytd and 45 MORE to retain...

In my case, like others, the points club SCs on awards flights are missing from my website balance. Howver they are not missing from the balance shown in the app.

Cheers skip

Same here, all Reward SC disappeared on the status credit chart for the status but are in the app as the total amount.
Wonder how long it takes Qantas to fix the issue?

On my "Retain Platinum One" page, it now states that my SC balance is zero and that I still need 3,600 more SCs to retain, but weirdly "only" 2,680 more on QF marketed flights (instead of 2,700, which is what would be required if my balance really was 0).

In reality, I flew a rtn MEL-SYD trip recently on a standard paid fare, and earned 20 SCs for that, which have correctly posted to my account. So the fact that I need 2,680 more on QF marketed flights is correct, but the other figures are wrong.

In the app it shows my total SC balance as 140 (I can't even remember where the other 120 came from - but quite possible they don't count for P1 renewal). In any case I certainly won't be meeting the standard P1 retention criteria this year, so I'm not really worried about it!

At least I now know it’s not just me! I noticed the anomaly last year, around September IIRC.

The home page shows 1461 SC but on the activity page just 1250 SC. It used to be only 100SC different, but has changed recently. I haven’t earned any SC apart from flying, so have no idea where the difference could have come from, although 11 SC is the earn on a classic reward flight and there were a couple of DSC promotion flights. Marketing emails from QF all show the higher figure. I printed the most recent one as proof of correct SC if the need arises!

My QF year ends this month and I am waiting to see what happens regarding with the roll over amount of SC. The only possibility I can think of is that the maximum 40% roll over amount of SC won’t change after 1250 SC.

I’m not sure how mine is wrongly calculating. Front page shows 1,885, but countdown bar shows 865 now (changed when my status validity updated to 2023).

I’ve got 1,060 from flights, a combo of classic reward PC SCs and paid J fares, 600 support, 100 PC+ rollover, 75 from a credit card and 50 from BP. So I’m not sure how they’ve arrived at 865. The difference isn’t explained by SCs earned on classic rewards, so I’m stumped.

Status level and lifetime are correct though, so idc.

I’ve got most from flights, a combo of classic reward PC SCs and paid J fares, SC support, PC+ rollover, then some from a credit card and BP. The difference isn’t explained by SCs earned on classic rewards, so I’m stumped.

Status level and lifetime are correct though, and my year ends in a week, so idc.

Still broken after nearly two weeks! Something must be really awry with Qantas IT (more than normal that is)! I suspect there's a ton of manual reconciling going on after a data migration or some other change has gone balls up.....

I suspect it’s not even on their radar.

I would hope so as it has wider implications such as Qantas Money's website uses API to show your status and activity but it is getting and displaying the wrong status credits figure from it.

I am curious, has anybody contacted Qantas about it?

I've spoke to Qantas last week on the phone and brought this up - they said they were aware of the issue and that's about it.. no idea on when it will be rectified etc. She did confirm the correct amount of SC in my account though which was reassuring

I sent an email early last week saying Travelpass DSC credit around the wrong way and tallys not correct. Received an automatic reply with SR number but nothing further so far.

Partially fixed. The "XX more Status Credits on Qantas marketed flights" for P1 is still wrong.
