Is there any way to get a second stopover each way on the NAN run?

I know you can stop over at the ïnternational point of departure (arrival); but can you also put in a second stop between domestic legs without paying a whole lot more?

Fare rules state only one stopover in each direction.

Hi everyone,
I searched but had not much success for the following.
If a business class ticket is booked from BNE to CBR ,changing planes in SYD,what does the seat from SYD-CBR get status credits as?
Economy or Business?
When using the QFF earning calculator it's not quite clear.
The ticket has been booked as business but the pop up on the bookings page says:
"Note: Your flight from Sydney to Canberra will be in Economy"

I have a sneaking suspicion but your thoughts are welcome.
Thanks,

If the flight number are different then it's per flight segment.

e.g. MEL-(QF9)-xSIN-(QF9)-LHR earns as for MEL-LHR, MEL-(QF9)-xSIN-(QF1)-LHR earns as for MEL-SIN and SIN-LHR.

Heya Serfty,

Yep,"Y" class S.C's and points from SYD-CBR.
Thanks for that mate.
Cheers.

That explains why my QF5/6 on 2 different bookings confused them no end when it came to earning.

I booked a trip to DPS via Darwin (JASA - MEL-SYD-DRW-ADL-MEL) for later this year and IF I'd booked the same trip during the double SC period it works out at: $0.75 & 5 FF points per SC (not counting the JQ sectors to Bali)MEL-BNE-DRW-ADL-MEL JASA was 72000 points and $380 (then deduct the 12000 points earned) net is 60K points and the $380 coin

normally 260 SC, during June it would be 520 - not too shabby I reckon?

(I was already happy with just the 260 earn in Sep)

was telling a mate about this today who has never booked a JASA and he has a load of points but wants to go for WP this year. by the days end he had booked a "day trip" MEL-ADL-DRW-SYD-MEL with a two hour siesta in dry sunny north to catch some rays. 480 SC and only $365 lighter, hes a happy camper

Enjoying my first ever status run today - Syd-Mel-Asa-Syd-Bris-Syd as a JASA
sitting in the ASA lounge now - 5 minutes til the bar opens and managed to snaffle a couple of power points to recharge my phone and iPad (they're in short supply in the ASA lounge)
All going well so far - good service onboard and connections all happening - and even some time to check out the J class lounges in Syd and Mel

ASA airport? Didn't realize you could do a JASA to Eritrea. ;) Do you mean ASP / Alice Springs?
