I wonder if the same thing has happened to me. Every time I've called I gotten a email saying "Thanks for applying for a Chase credit card". Does this mean a HP?
I also used SH Studio, been over a month since the application.
Application process has 2 parts - signing the form and a quick video call.
I went directly to their website to avoid Fiverr Fee. It was cheaper to pay US$250 directly to them.
Didn't get denied at all on the first 3 cards. I normally got one HP as soon as I applied then another one after calling them. Not sure why but maybe I called them too early and didn't wait for them to get back to me first? Nobody here talked about Chase cards at all back in 2020 so I tried to apply with little DPs and was a bit impatient. I did wait when applying for the third card (Ink) but didn't hear back after a week so I called. Also waited last app and that gave me 3 HPs ha but that was probably because it was denied.
Chase seemed to have some issue with my ITIN after my first card. They said something about it not matching and put me on hold like 10 to 20 minutes to sort it out. Also not sure if it was related but I saw 3 variations of my name in EQ. I have a hyphenated surname and those 3 are like Sur-Name, SurName and Sur Name. Cap1 was the one who did not accept hyphen and that has become the main name in EQ. Amex was the weird one as they used all three of them on my cards even though I only entered hyphen version.
I have the Ink Business Unlimited but there doesn't seem to be a way to transfer the points to Hyatt. Do I need to get a different Chase card to have access to Hyatt transfers?
Thanks for that info. Very glad you and others forged the path with Chase. It has been helpful to me.
Have you had cards mailed overseas? When I was last in the US, I visited a branch to present my ID as they had problems linking one of my business cards to my online login. Turns out I had 5 different Chase profiles!! I believe the reason was requesting new cards be sent to me overseas, but the very friendly branch banker couldn't say definitively. Hasn't been a problem for approvals though, only for backend stuff like linking online accounts.

Need a Sapphire Preferred, Sapphire Reserve or Ink Preferred to access transfer partners.

Is having FICO for a couple of years and a new ITIN good enough to apply with Chase and Cap1? I haven’t as yet applied and linked my ITIN to any cards yet, so it may not have any history yet?

Hard to say. I applied for Chase WoH in March when I first got my ITIN and it was rejected. It declined due to fraud and no reconsideration.
Come April, I applied for Amex Gold and approved. Doesn't exist on my Equifax credit report but I applied for Chase this week and was approved for CSP. Now I don't think my ITIN is linked to my credit file given that my Amex Gold isn't on my file and based on DPs it seems like agencies link files based on multiple factors beyond just ITIN. Name/DoB/Address etc.
Cap 1 you can try the pre-approval tool to see whether you're approved for anything but with Chase, your best bet is to just give it ago. I recommend using a VPN in your "home" state address but YMMV and others have advised against it.

Thanks, good to know. Did you already have a FICO score when you tried to apply for the WoH with your new ITIN then?
I tried, but was getting errors with the Cap 1 pre-approval tool. Was thinking that it could perhaps be because of my address? I’m using MyUS, although it doesn’t come up as a CMRA in the USPS checker.
I think it was blocked once when I tried to have it sent but the major block was once I received it and used it in oz and they could not authenticate me .
