Article just came out from AFF that QR has hiked Virgin taxes for these short domestic routes. Unsure about Qantas!

I just tried to get mine on weekend too and faced a hurdle
I have to do the same thing with Experien
They want a copy of my ITIN and some recent utility bill - I was planning on sending a copy of amex statement and a copy of Tello Phone statement

it says they wont' accept credit card bills. I've been meaning to swap to Tello from talk-a-tone now I have a monthly credit with the amex biz plat. Otherwise don't really have a utility bill

Some have suggested connecting to this for $10 a month to establish a "utility" - I saw this on a youtube video where if you have "home internet" that tries to establish a home address

I am not sure if it works but it might be worth trying for a few months and getting a "statement" with the address on it to use

Some may keep it going or may cancel it after 3 months

Has anyone got any experience for opening up an AMEX Biz Checking Account?

I have an offer of 50k points to deposit 7.5k and maintain a balance of 7.5k for 60 days. From what I've read there doesn't seem to be any costs associated. Is it as simple as opening the account, deposit 7.5k, make 5 transfers from WISE into the acc?

Sounds great. Where did you get this offer? Why 5 transfers and not 1?

I have rarely gotten any AMEX targeted Welcome offers on their business cards. Seem to be in PUJ for all cards so may go ahead with the above. Also got an upgrade offer for my green card with AF coming up but it’s a measly 30k to gold. 50k to plat but haven’t held the plat before so will hold off

Not looking good. did not receive call back and I've been calling over the last 2 days. Today after being transferred to 4-5 different people and waiting about 40mins. They told me to visit a branch to activate the card as they couldn't verify my account on their end.

This is after various security qs with no/never answers which worked for others.
