Strategy to obtain US Amex

And if I am needing to use a mail forwarder - anything i shoudl be aware of - i know for future Amex’s I’ll probably be ok with any address - but i would like to get on the Chase bandwagon from July so don’t want to do something now that will potentially cause me issues in 6 months time….
I think the main one is to ensure it doesn't appear on an CMRA list as that will automatically get flagged and your application rejected. This now appears to be the case with our much used Florida address - C1 would open a checking account (which they subsequently shut down without explanation) but no CC. YMMV.

Same experience here. C1 Is very iffy (fraud algorithm). Not sure that I would recommend them. There’s a lot of reviews on the web about them suspecting ‘fraudulent activity’ and just closing accounts without further explanation. YMMV.

Is there any issue with the Amex application status page when accessing from Aus?
I've tried it a few times over days but the page always comes back with
"Our systems are currently updating;please check back on this site in 24 hours. Sometimes, clicking on one of the navigational links can resolve the problem. If this doesnt work, please try again later. Or, if you would prefer immediate assistance, you can call us at 1-866-314-0237 (Mon-Fri 6am-8pm MST)."

Called number, they said I needed to do a Notary Cam to get card sent to Australia. Wouldn't accept ITIN or AU passport, needed SSN and US ID. Gave them US phone number not enough.

Any experience with this? Any experience with calling to get a replacement card, not actually getting one, and using the original card triggering fraud alert?
I had to do Notary Cam the first time I got a card sent to Australia, it was very straightforward. Haven't had to do it since. The most inconvenient part will be the call being aligned with US time zones, but that's not the end of the world.

Went through to check the process again doing the following:

1. Downloaded the Dunkin app from the US Apple App Store.

2. Created account using billing address for personal gold Amex, had VPN doing this.

3. Added gold Amex to Apple Pay on my Aussie phone.

4. Bought $7 Dunkin card within the app, paid with Apple Pay. Important, even though it’s showing as a US Amex card on my Aussie iPhone, my Australian address was showing listed next to the gold card, so I manually changed the billing address to my US card.

5. Transaction successful
Seems a lot of effort - I bought the GC on the website, used the app from the Aussie App Store, added the GC to the app, credit reflected on the Gold a few days later.

But the main thing is it worked! Another thing, Amex don't use address verification, so it doesn't matter what billing address is listed when making a transaction.

I just bought in the app - no VPN or anything - didn’t change address and used Apple Pay and went through fine- got credit and email this morning

FYI, the Dunkin app on the Aussie store is UK based, as well as others (US one is unavailable)

Question please 🙏 I still don't understand how everyone has multiple Biz Gold or Biz Platinum. Are you applying again after certain time frames or are you being targeted with emails or letters from Amex? Or are you hunting for NLL links from online?
Got MY Biz Gold Oct 2024, Biz Platinum Dec 2024. Should I apply for another Biz Gold now or hunting for a good offer Biz Blue Plus 75K?

That’s my understanding
Same sole trade can apply for a second or third card or each and may get approved same as Inks Business
That’s my plan to try 90 days to get more
I think I read Chase is making harder with multiple cards in Ink family

I searched high and low for a decent BBP offer and can’t find anything more than the 15k
