SYD priority lane at T1 International

Hello all,

Apologies if this is already being discussed somewhere but I couldn't find it when I searched.

Travelling in J on SQ242 next week. I heard the priority lane at SYD is open again for First and Business class passengers? Anyone flown recently could point me in the right direction (as the signage isn't very good)?

It's just past the far left hand smartgates.

Entry is directly behind the QANTAS checkin area. They don’t always have dedicated smartgates but after you get through those head towards the left for priority security screening line.

During quiet times, the priority security might not be open either.

And even if the priority entrance to security etc is functioning, once you are inside the screening area, non-priority pax may be directed into the 'priority' lanes.
