Ended up there for 7 hours after my Europe bound flight was delayed. By US standards, not bad but quite basic though good drinks range. There is a quiet area called I think the "Flagship Bridge", the alcohol range is the same with however full bar service but you can order food off a small al-la-carte menu with much nicer options than in the main lounge plus there is hardly anyone in there. As you enter and approach the lounge concierge, there is a rope to the right which takes you straight in, probably a good idea to ask when you arrive. Myself and another lady impacted by the delay were ushered in there so they could keep us updated with flight information and it was much better than the first few hours spent in the main lounge area. I don't know if you can actually access this area from the main lounge.
Had probably the best burger I've ever had in my life and some type of Korean "taco" which I would have happily ordered again and again and the staff were really friendly (probably because they weren't that busy)
I did earlier manage to get myself into First Dining as no one was at the Concierge, did get served a nice Champagne but a different server came around and kicked me out after working out my lack of status and flight details meant I wasn't entitled to be.
