T1 Changi - travelators?

A while since I used T1. I'm guessing there are travelators to/from the gates? Just cannot recall for sure, and if not I will consider arranging assistance for my old mum. I doubt she will need it, but if there are travelators then should not be an issue.

yes there are but its a bit of a walk from immigration to the gate wing, probably worthwhile to arrange assistance

I was there last week. It is a fair hike.

Saw lots of those little passenger carts running around, I think arranging a lift with one of them would be the go.
 
Cheers all for the replies. I spoke to Mum this arvo and whatever was ailing her a week or two ago (causing shortness of breath) seems to have pretty much cleared up (though she is still not going to break any Olympic speed records), so unless there is a relapse she's happy that she will not need assistance (long as we walk slow :) ). Nice to know there are travelators at least part of the way.
