I have seen Saver availability (1 only) on the 777 overnight flight Mel - Sin. I can't remember which day of the week it was.

Having done this flight before, I don't know if it is worth it over business class (compared to other SQ F experiences).

I suppose it boils down to what you value. If you're in it for the food and/or you don't mind the business class bed and bedding, then no, an overnight flight on the 777 is probably not worth it in first class.

On the other hand, the lounges are nicer and quieter, the bed is wider, plusher and (I find) easier to sleep on, you get a bit more privacy, and at worst you'll be sharing the toilet with one other person. When you reach a certain age these things matter....!
