Also, its an idea not to put too much info into QFF.
Reason why, is that once in a while, you get scam email, or worst, account hacked/broken into, and points have been sucked out,.
QFF members can use points from 5000 QFF points onwards, and scammers know this.
We don't know how, but somehow, scammers are able to log into members account, and use the points up.
Sometimes, 100,000 points used up in hotel bookings in Indo, when the member has not left Aust.
Also, as a lower status member, your calls, if you have to the QFF service center, will be overseas, so to make it easier, just have a first and last (surname).
Date of birth on the website, if the scammers get that deep, they can then use it too.
Sometimes, they also lock account for some reason.
QFF for lower status members, is no fun.
Once you get to WP/P1, and get the HBA call centre, its great.
Most important thing, is to have the right mobile phone number in the system, as they sometimes need to send 2fa to it, 614xx, etc, no zero in the front.
Try not to change mobile phones either, it can be a pain to inform them of phone number changes.
Lower grade status member get their calls passed on to the QFF outside providers, non QF/QFF employees, HBA for higher grade QFF status members are QF/QFF employees.
We on here, do not have a direct link to QF anymore, in the past we did, but not now.
We have a retired QF pilot, and maybe some friends of QF staff, QF staff themselves, maybe, they can't say out loud, but a link from here to QF management, its more so a favour done if someone helped from here.
